Job Summary
Provide athletic training services to student athletes and sports performance clients in accordance with the Missouri State Athletic Training Practice Act. Identify, report, address, and triage sports-related injuries at schools, events, or clinics. Facilitate and coordinate care for injured athletes at CoxHealth designated locations under the direction of the Sports Medicine Director. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, an active Missouri Athletic Training License, and preferred Master's degree or prior experience. Full-time day shift with 40 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or a related field from an accredited institution
- Missouri Athletic Training License that is both active and in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Athletic Training or a related field from an accredited institution
- Previous athletic training experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
