Job Summary
Collaborate with physicians to deliver clinical care, examinations, and therapeutic interventions for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients. Perform age-appropriate evaluations, treat injuries and medical conditions, and provide emergency care while maintaining high-quality documentation in the electronic medical record. Coordinate continuity of care with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure excellent service and quality outcomes. Maintain knowledge of best practices in sports medicine and participate in staff development and continuing education activities. Requires a valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a motor vehicle background inspection per hospital policy. Licensed Athletic Trainer in Ohio with Board Certification and three years of experience preferred.

- Certified with the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer
- CPR certification
- Proficient with MS Office
- Proficient with electronic medical records
- Three years of athletic training experience
