Athletic Trainer School Based

Provide medical coverage on-field and in the training room for injured athletes during practices and events, including variable hours and unpredictable late nights. Carry out rehabilitation programs after evaluation, administer first aid, and ensure proper return-to-play criteria are met before athlete participation. Oversee the Athletic Training room to maintain supplies, safety, and a clean environment while collaborating with physicians, PTs, and coaches. Maintain accurate records of evaluations and treatments, communicate effectively with school administration, parents, and the sports medicine team, and organize educational opportunities for injury prevention and health literacy.
