Athletic Trainer School Based

Provide medical coverage on field and in the training room for injured athletes during practices and events, including assessing and administering first aid and making physician referrals. Collaborate with the medical team to carry out rehabilitation programs and ensure proper return-to-play criteria are met before athlete participation. Oversee the Athletic Training room operations to maintain supplies, safety, and a clean environment while communicating with coaches, administration, parents, and other sports medicine staff. Maintain accurate records of evaluations and treatments, and organize educational opportunities such as in-services and seasonal physicals. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including the athletic director and coaching staff.
