Athletic Trainer School Based

Provide medical coverage on field and in the training room for injured athletes during practices and events, assisting with local high schools, community sporting events, and regional camps. Carry out rehabilitation programs after athlete evaluations, administer first aid, and ensure proper return-to-play criteria are met before participation. Oversee the Athletic Training room to maintain supplies, cleanliness, and safety while collaborating with physicians, physical therapists, and coaches. Communicate effectively with school administration, parents, and medical team members to develop stakeholder relationships. Maintain accurate records of evaluations and treatments, and organize educational opportunities such as in-services, lectures, and seasonal physicals.
