Athletic Trainer School Based

Carry out rehabilitation programs after athlete evaluations and administer first aid during practices and sporting events, making appropriate physician referrals. Oversee the Athletic Training room to ensure supplies are maintained and the environment remains clean, safe, and professional. Collaborate closely with PT, physicians, coaches, and school administration to develop return-to-play criteria and advocate for injury prevention, health literacy, and mental wellbeing. Maintain accurate records of all evaluations and treatments while organizing in-services, lectures, and seasonal physicals. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including the Athletic Director, faculty, and parents.
