Job Summary

Provide proactive injury prevention, injury care, assessment, and medical triage as defined by OSHA standards, including ergonomic postural education and escalation of medical care if needed. Coordinate and implement rehabilitation treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercise, modalities, and work conditioning. Conduct ergonomic assessments to understand site operations and physical demands, making recommendations to prevent musculoskeletal conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed documentation while providing feedback for continuous health improvements and submit reports with key metrics to leadership and operations management. Schedule Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00am to 4:30pm, with full-time or flexible part-time/PRN options available. Shift differentials apply for night and weekend work.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or another related field
  • NATABOC certification
  • The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing
  • The ability to obtain the required state licensure
  • CPR/AED certification
  • The ability to obtain CPR/AED certification prior to start of employment
  • The ability to maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
  • The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
  • A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Eligibility to Work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa

Desired Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations
