Athletic Trainer - Prevention Program Manager

Job Summary
Execute strategies to achieve full participation in the On-Site Prevention Program by coaching client employees at multiple locations to gather proficiency data. Conduct job site visits to observe body mechanics, identify at-risk behavior, and recommend safer alternatives while delivering educational topics on health, wellness, and injury prevention in both classroom and one-on-one settings. Build secure relationships with client management, field supervisors, and mid-level management to oversee individual programs for the territory, providing coaching on soft tissue management, nutrition, and fitness. Transport, assemble, and maintain company exercise equipment. Requires bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with travel to meetings outside the organization's facility.
Required Qualifications
- Proper certification/licensure at time of employment
- Minimum of 3 years of applied work experience in industrial or clinical settings
- Required to be able to travel to meetings outside the organization's facility
- May need to assist with moving or lifting >50 pounds
- Occasionally may need to crouch, kneel, stoop or bend
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in health, wellness or exercise related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Kinesiotherapy, Nutrition, Health Promotions or Allied Health equivalent) is preferred
- Client service experience preferred
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
