Athletic Trainer--Outreach (Per-Diem)

Represent Excelsior Orthopaedics in the community while assigned to a local high school to provide athletic training services at practice, games, and events. Responsibilities include evaluating injuries and developing treatment/exercise plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, educating clients, families, and coaches, conducting injury screening clinics and workshops, documenting treatment per standards, and coordinating care with physicians and school staff. Must hold a B.S. in Athletic Training, be NATA certified, and hold NY licensure; position involves substantial physical activity and adherence to safety standards. Per-diem, on-site role based at Amherst, NY.
