Job Summary
Engage and educate industrial athletes in proactive injury prevention strategies while delivering high-quality, individualized care using proven protocols. Promote a culture of collaboration and wellness by building rapport and fostering trust among team members and clients. Efficiently manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment to support our dedicated team of licensed healthcare professionals and certified fitness providers. This part-time/PRN role offers 1st shift hours with ongoing professional development for Certified Athletic Trainers or Physical Therapist Assistants working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor's degree
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with an active state license and required degree
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
