Job Summary
Build relationships with employees and become a trusted onsite health and wellness resource at a warehouse and distribution site. Educate staff on body mechanics, movement, ergonomics, and injury-prevention strategies while providing early intervention and individualized care for musculoskeletal concerns. Document services and follow established clinical protocols to promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and proactive wellness. Manage daily responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment by partnering with team members and client leaders to identify and address workplace health trends.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Athletic Trainer with an active state license and bachelor's degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an associate degree
- Active CPR certification
- Active AED certification
- Active First Aid certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with orthopedic or musculoskeletal conditions
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable engaging with employees and leaders at all levels
