Job Summary
Provide athletic training services for Middle School and High School practices, contests, and select school events including dance performances and carnivals. Evaluate and manage athletic injuries, determine playing status, and coordinate rehabilitation procedures as prescribed by physicians. Deliver emergency care, injury prevention education, and counseling to student-athletes while maintaining accurate records and insurance documentation. Uphold a professional image at all functions and act as a liaison between families, physicians, and school administrators. Maintain organized training areas and protective equipment. This long-term substitute role requires weekend and evening coverage during academic breaks, with a Bachelor's degree, NATA certification, and current CPR/First Aid required. Candidates must have a valid California driver's license and be vetted for school vehicle authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Current NATA Certification
- Current NPI number
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Excellent organizational skills

- Proficient computer skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Qualification to obtain a valid California driver's license
