Athletic Trainer

Provide medical coverage on field and in the training room for injured athletes during practices and events, administering first aid and making appropriate physician referrals. Carry out rehabilitation programs after evaluation and treatment plan establishment, collaborating closely with PT and physicians. Oversee the operation of the Athletic Training room to ensure supplies are maintained and the environment remains clean, safe, and professional. Communicate effectively with coaches, administration, parents, and medical team members while maintaining accurate records of evaluations and treatments. Develop relationships with key stakeholders including the Athletic Director and coaching staff, and organize in-services, lectures, and seasonal physicals. Ensure proper return-to-play criteria are met before allowing athlete participation.
