Job Summary

Provide medical coverage on-field and in the training room for injured athletes during practices and events, administering first aid and managing physician referrals. Carry out rehabilitation programs after evaluations, oversee the Athletic Training room to ensure supply levels and a safe environment, and maintain accurate records of all treatments. Communicate effectively with coaches, administration, parents, and medical team members while developing relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure proper return-to-play criteria are met before athlete participation and organize educational opportunities such as in-services, lectures, and seasonal physicals. This role requires current Athletic Training licensure, BLS certification, and experience in school or community settings. Located in Murray, Utah, the position involves variable hours, late nights, and a 40-hour weekly schedule with an hourly rate between $26.74 and $41.28.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Athletic Training Licensure for the states in which you work
  • Credentialed as an Athletic Trainer through the Board of Certification (BOC)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers

Desired Qualifications

  • Two years' experience working in school/community setting as an Athletic Trainer
