Athletic Trainer Full Time

Care for injuries using therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques while evaluating readiness to return to daily activities and coordinating clearances. Provide athletic training outreach and medical care to assigned secondary schools and universities, including special event coverage when scheduled. Maintain communication with team physicians, parents, and the athletic training room staff; file injury reports and maintain daily treatment logs. Oversee supply ordering and equipment inventory to create a safe playing environment by monitoring environmental risks. This role requires NATA certification, a current state license, and BLS certification. Travel to satellite clinics may be required, necessitating a valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
