Job Summary
Manage application, education, and appropriate use of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators while providing routine customer service to patients, physicians, and clinical staff. Perform inventory management, participate in required audits, and verify patient benefits using automation tools for pre-authorization and upfront collection. Serve as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team, adhering to all compliance, ethics, and HIPAA regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and travel up to 20% of the time using personal transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy or athletic training environment, or related experience
- Demonstrated patient care experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Requires travel up to 20% of the time
