Job Summary
Manage application, education, and care of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, bone growth stimulators, and other Enovis products prescribed by healthcare professionals. Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, and clinical staff while performing inventory management and participating in required audits. Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and upfront collection of patient responsibility. Serve as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team while adhering to all compliance, ethics, and HIPAA regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and up to 20% travel time using personal transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy or athletic training environment, or related experience
- Demonstrated patient care experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Requires travel up to 20% of the time
