Job Summary
Provide athletic training coverage for NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics, perform clinical evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries and illnesses under supervision, coordinate physician referrals, maintain written treatment and injury records, communicate with coaching staff and medical providers, assist in developing sports medicine policies and procedures (including EAPs and game-day EMS), and supervise student volunteers as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health and exercise science, sports medicine, kinesiology, anatomy or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience as a certified athletic trainer
- Current BOC certification
- Current Colorado DORA athletic trainer license
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and travel as needed
