Athletic Trainer - Clinical

Provide treatment and rehabilitation for injured patients and athletes under the direction of a licensed physical therapist and physician. Document all treatments and patient interactions per policy while developing communication with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team. Participate in educational programs for staff, patients, and the community. This role involves float capability between South Flagler and Palm Coast outpatient clinics. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited athletic training program, a state license, and/or current NATABOC certification.
