Evaluate players' physical condition, prescribe corrective exercises, and perform massage techniques to maintain fitness and restore motion. Render first aid, apply modalities, and utilize strapping to prevent or support injuries. Coordinate care with physicians and physical therapy teams, manage documentation in the EMR, and organize athletic supplies. Determine player eligibility for participation, communicate treatment plans with coaches, and refer athletes for diagnostic imaging when necessary. Maintain accurate records, follow HIPAA rules, and adhere to ONS policies.
