Job Summary
Assist in daily clinical treatment of patients by supporting physical therapists, managing injury prevention programs, and coordinating care with medical professionals. Provide guidance on exercise programs, bracing, and treatment plans while documenting injury treatments and developing plans of care. Monitor patient conditions during rehabilitation, measure and fit medical equipment, and facilitate return-to-play programming. Maintain competency through continuing education and participate in scheduling and documentation tasks. Work 40 weekly hours in days or evenings at Anderson Orthopedic & Spine in Cincinnati.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training
- NATA BOC Certified – National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification
- Current Athletic Trainer license in the state in which they are practicing
- BLS Basic Life Support (required at hire for RSFH)
- 2 years of experience in equivalent setting
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Athletic Training
- EPIC Electronic Health Record or equivalent EMR
- EPIC Express
