Athletic Specialist

Athletic Specialist at Lake Rickabear Girl Scout Camp leads an age-appropriate athletics curriculum and guides campers through activities including basketball, pickleball, gaga, and field games. Role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising athletic programs for up to 20 girls, promoting safety, coordinating with unit leaders and counselors, and contributing to pre-camp training and ongoing staff development. Requires ability to stay overnight for at least one of the three overnights, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster high camper and staff morale while delivering fun, informative athletic activities in a summer camp environment.
