ATHLETIC SITE MANAGER - Fall

Meet weekly with the Director of Student Life to develop schedules for all home events, then provide visible supervision and site support at athletic contests. Assist in setting up and taking down equipment on fields and gymnasiums, while working with opponents and coaches to create game "pass lists." Greet opposing teams and officials, direct them to facilities, and ensure all staff are in designated areas. Turn on the video board, assist volunteers with pre-game timelines, and gather signatures on contracts for officials and workers. Collaborate with gameday productions to fulfill sponsorship responsibilities, update social media with results, and assist athletes, coaches, and trainers with any needs. Provide a safe exit for all parties and perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Student Life.
