Job Summary
Clean and service guest rooms by making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms. Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens, and ensure all guest room appliances are functioning properly. Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, and artwork, including ceiling HVAC registers. Respond to special requests for additional items or services in a timely manner. Ensure fresh linens are placed in rooms and remove dirty ones promptly. Uphold cleanliness standards and safety protocols for corridors, stairwells, and common areas. Report maintenance or safety issues to the Rooms Manager or Maintenance Department. Communicate and coordinate with supervisors to prioritize and complete work requests. Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the general housekeeping field and/or hospitality industry

- Interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of club operations and amenities
