Job Summary
Seasonal Athletic Head Coach - Cross Country at a North Carolina school district. Responsible for leading and coaching the cross country program, promoting good sportsmanship, ensuring safe coaching practices, managing scheduling and travel arrangements with the athletic director, maintaining eligibility and paperwork, and coordinating with parents, officials, boosters, and volunteers. Requires supervising practices and games, monitoring student-athlete grades and conduct, maintaining equipment and budget duties, and adhering to district/NCHSAA policies. Certifications/credentials include CPR & AED and NFHS courses; may be asked to obtain a North Carolina CDL license to transport students to events.
Required Qualifications
