Job Summary
Seasonal Athletic Gameday Staff for multiple roles (Ticket Seller/Taker, Event Usher, Event Parking Attendant, Game Day Video Production Crew, Scorer’s Table Staff) supporting Augustana University's athletic programs. Duties include operating ticketing software, guiding guests to seating and amenities, directing traffic and parking, assisting with live video production and camera operations, and managing scoreboard/statistics during games. Deliver excellent customer service, maintain safety and order, report attendee issues, and collaborate with game administration. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in game-day operations, event coordination, video production, and familiarity with in-game statistical software (e.g., NCAA Live Stats, StatCrew). No experience required, but willingness to learn is noted.
