Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Kinesiology, Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field (or equivalent)
- Experience in coaching, athletic administration, or school athletic leadership (preferably at the middle- or high-school level)
- Ability to oversee athletic program administration, compliance with state policies and district guidelines
- Experience supervising coaches and staff, budgeting, facilities coordination, and transportation logistics
- Strong communication, collaboration with district offices, booster clubs, parents/guardians
- Knowledge of NFHS courses or district professional development requirements
- Commitment to student-athlete welfare, eligibility, and safety protocols
