Athletic Coach - Women's Flag Football

Athletic Coach for women's flag football at Rockingham County Schools. Responsibilities include promoting the sport, implementing athletic policies, ensuring safe coaching practices and supervision, maintaining positive relations with parents, officials, boosters, volunteers and fans, coordinating with the athletic director on scheduling and budgeting, organizing pre-season meetings, managing equipment and inventory, assisting with travel arrangements, ensuring paperwork for injuries and eligibility is completed timely, and supporting student-athletes’ academic and athletic success. The role may require a North Carolina CDL license to transport students to events and CPR & AED certifications along with NFHS course completion. Seasonal local coaching supplement based on verified experience.
