Athletic Coach - Women's Flag Football

Seasonal Athletic Coach responsible for promoting the sport within the school, implementing athletic policies with coaching staff and athletes, ensuring safe coaching mechanics and supervision, maintaining positive relations with parents/boosters/volunteers, coordinating scheduling and budgeting with the athletic director, and organizing pre-season meetings. Responsibilities include monitoring student athletes’ grades and conduct, ensuring compliance with Rockingham County Schools Athletic Handbook and NCHSAA, handling paperwork for injuries and eligibility, maintaining equipment, and providing guidance and safeguards for participants. Certifications required include CPR & AED and NFHS coursework; may be asked to obtain a North Carolina CDL license to transport students to events.
