Athletic Coach - Lacrosse MS Boys

Head Athletic Coach for the middle school lacrosse program responsible for overall program administration, disciplining and mentoring student-athletes, scheduling, travel, and budget; develop coaching plans to maximize student potential; collaborate with high school and middle school coaches, lead skill development through planned training and positive reinforcement, communicate with student-athletes and parents about expectations, camps, practices, and game schedules; supervise student-athletes and facilities; manage equipment, uniforms, and transportation; attend all games and professional development meetings; ensure compliance with CAK policies and TSSAA rules; CPR/AED/First Aid certified and able to operate school vehicle for events; role emphasizes leadership, professionalism, and alignment with the school’s mission and values.
