Job Summary
Athletic Coach for Hackley School oversees coaching and instruction across middle school, JV, and varsity levels in field hockey, soccer, squash, softball, and track and field. Responsibilities include leading practices, developing student-athletes’ skills, mentoring for sportsmanship and balance with academics, and managing team logistics and communication with stakeholders. Must hold or pursue required safety certifications (First Aid, CPR, AED, NFHS Concussion in Sports) and complete coaching certifications; preferred Bachelor’s degree. Requires availability for evening and weekend games and travel; compensation is stipended and varies by team level.
