Athletic Coach (Girls Track)

Model high moral character and superior coaching standards by promoting sportsmanship as the top priority. Implement athletic policies, provide safe coaching mechanics, and maintain discipline while addressing grievances and increasing morale. Develop programs compliant with the Rockingham County Schools Athletic Handbook and NCHSAA, assisting the athletic director with scheduling, budget development, and travel arrangements. Monitor student grades and conduct, present at all practices and games, and provide safeguards for participants. Manage equipment inventory, collect fees, and submit injury documentation within 24 hours. Organize pre-season meetings and ensure proper paperwork for physical examinations and parental consent.
