Athletic Coach (Girls Track)

Model high moral character and superior coaching standards by promoting sportsmanship as the top priority in athletics. Implement athletic policies, provide safe coaching mechanics, and maintain discipline while addressing grievances to increase morale. Develop programs compliant with the Rockingham County Schools Athletic Handbook and NCHSAA, assisting the athletic director with scheduling, budget development, and travel arrangements. Give constant attention to student athletes' grades and conduct, present at all practices and games, and complete injury documentation within 24 hours. Organize pre-season meetings, manage equipment inventory, and provide proper safeguards for participants and facilities.
