Job Summary
Athletic Coach needed for Fall 2026 season at Dalton School (grades 7-12), with opportunities across Middle and High School teams. Responsibilities include coaching student-athletes, developing skills, fostering positive team culture, promoting sportsmanship and personal growth, and contributing to team success across football, soccer, tennis, cross country, and volleyball. Seasonal commitment runs August through October with weekday afternoon availability (approximately 2:30 PM–6:30 PM). Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED are preferred or must be obtained prior to the season. Must be authorized to work in the US; submit resume and cover letter via the employment portal.
Required Qualifications
- Previous coaching and/or competitive playing experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Availability approximately 2:30 PM-6:30 PM on weekdays, depending on team schedule
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain certification prior to the season
