Job Summary
Develop a values-driven team program supporting the school's mission of College, Character, and Community. Supervise and administer the team, provide instruction on sport fundamentals and strategies, and communicate regularly with parents and students. Manage team budget, coordinate fundraising, maintain equipment, and plan end-of-season awards. Assist the athletic director with full-season scheduling for events, officials, and facilities. Run two to three practices weekly with availability for all games. Requires prior coaching experience, a clear health and background check, and commitment to educational equity.
Required Qualifications
- Clear health and background check
- Must be available for all games
- Must be able to run 2-3 practices per week
- Must be able to communicate with parents and students
- Must be able to help with the scheduling for a full season of athletic events, including officials and facilities
- Must be able to provide instruction to student-athletes on the fundamentals, details, and strategies of the sport
- Must be able to maintain high expectations for all students
- Must believe all students can find success in school, college, and life
- Must be deeply dedicated to social justice
