Job Summary
Athletic Coach for the Twin Lakes Middle School girls soccer program. Responsible for enforcing conditioning and training rules, maintaining eligibility forms, attending FHSAA rules clinics, coordinating with the athletic director on examinations and equipment, organizing fundraising activities, supervising students during practices and contests, ensuring compliance with Title IX and league regulations, monitoring weekly academic progress, assigning coaching duties, reporting injuries to the athletic trainer, and supporting program-wide improvement through leadership and professional development. Requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and a certified athletic coaching background (First Aid/CPR/AED) with a focus on health, safety, and positive student-athlete development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of required athletic coaching courses to include First Aid and CPR, Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Concussion in Sports (NFHS courses), AED training, Florida Department of Education Certificate (Athletic Coaching)
