Athletic Coach 2025-2026 - Pool

Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training to achieve individual and team success while demonstrating behaviors that promote character development, self-discipline, self-confidence, and pride. Manage and supervise a school sports program, advise staff of coaches, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, coordinate practice schedules and events, oversee transportation and equipment, mentor student athletes, and promote academic achievement and positive conduct. Lead coaching staff through clinics, assessments, and ongoing professional growth, and communicate with athletic director, principals, and parents to maintain program quality and community relations.
