Job Summary
Monitor the walking track, distribute game programs, engage fans, assist on the sideline, handle laundry, fold towels, prepare for game days, and store equipment. Complete assigned tasks to a satisfactory level while exhibiting behaviors that provide a positive experience for all attendees and maintaining a professional image of SC4. Effectively communicate verbally and in writing, follow outlined processes, and attend training as assigned. Work up to 24 hours per week under the general supervision of the Athletics Operations Manager, available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with the public, providing excellent customer service
- Available to work mornings or evenings and/or weekends
