Job Summary
Assist with athlete recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management while supporting communication between athletes, brands, and internal teams. Identify partnership opportunities for endorsements, appearances, and brand collaborations, then coordinate scheduling and meetings across all stakeholders. Research market trends and prospects to help manage databases, prospect pipelines, and contract administration deliverables. Support athlete marketing initiatives, personal brand development strategies, and attendance at events, competitions, and networking opportunities as needed. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to the athlete management industry with flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with outreach/networking
- Interest in contract negotiations, partnerships, recruiting, or athlete branding
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidential relationships
