Job Summary
Capture vertical (9:16) highlight content using a personal iPhone, prioritizing clutch shots, celebrations, and defensive stops to film a minimum of 20 strong clips per hour across active games. Post highlights to the location's Instagram Story in real time during events, then upload and organize all footage into a designated Google Drive folder for team access. Maintain a professional, energetic presence while engaging athletes to make them feel recognized and part of the broader community. This role requires evening and weekend availability for non-negotiable game nights and operates as an independent contractor responsible for own tax obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Access to a personal iPhone capable of shooting high-quality vertical (9:16) video
- Strong eye for athletic highlights and an instinct for compelling, shareable moments
- Familiarity with Instagram Stories and comfort posting content in real time
- Availability for evenings and weekends -- game nights are non-negotiable
- High energy, self-directed work ethic with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Must operate as a self-employed individual and be responsible for own tax remittances and HST obligations
