Job Summary
The Sports Athlete Executive will identify and recruit athletes, ambassadors, and talent in Golf and Running to grow AYBL’s presence and commercial growth. Responsibilities include building relationships with professional athletes, managers, and agencies; negotiating long- and short-term partnerships; coordinating product seeding, campaigns, events, photoshoots, and brand activations; communicating product launches and brand initiatives to athletes; tracking performance and maintaining databases; and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, Product, and Events teams to maximize athlete partnerships while researching emerging talent and opportunities within Golf and Running.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years in a partnerships, talent, athlete, or marketing role
- Strong interest and passion for Golf, Running, and wider sports culture
- Strong understanding of athlete partnerships, talent management, and sports communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident, self-motivated, and proactive
