Athlete Executive

Athlete Executive identifies and recruits athletes for AYBL’s Athlete Programme, manages relationships with athletes via email, video calls and in-person interactions, ensures contract terms are fulfilled, collaborates with internal teams on campaigns, content creation, photoshoots and events, and operates under a commission-based incentive structure for signing and managing athletes. The role requires 1+ years in a similar position, with a passion for fitness/athleisure, social media, trend identification, and marketing plus strong communication and organizational skills.
