Job Summary
Athleta Field Administrative Assistant provides proactive administrative and operational support to Athleta Field Directors across multiple regions. Responsibilities include managing multi-time-zone calendars for multiple Directors; planning and running in-person, off-site, and virtual meetings; booking field travel with multi-stop itineraries; processing expense reports; drafting and distributing communications and recaps; maintaining shared documents and trackers; coordinating store/market visits and region meetings; liaising with Field Leadership and cross-functional partners to align timelines and remove blockers; supporting onboarding logistics; operating with minimal day-to-day instruction; handling sensitive information with discretion; and supporting miscellaneous projects to improve processes and outcomes. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to build partnerships with all levels of management, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a sense of urgency, professionalism, and experience in high-pressure multitask environments.
