Atend customers in-store and via phone, process and manage orders, and handle cash, credit, debit, and bank transfers. Prospect existing and potential clients, maintain customer records, and analyze sales statistics to determine stock and sales potential. Receive, categorize, and price donations; organize daily inventory and keep products displayed. Close the cash register daily, reconcile accounts with the administrative analyst, and prepare various reports including sales reports. Note customer complaints regarding price, product, or service, and analyze feedback on store offerings. Clean and organize the store regularly to maintain an attractive environment for customers.
