Conduct active and receptive customer service to prospect and sell card machines (debit, credit, and PIX), identifying client needs and presenting tailored payment solutions. Present commercial terms, fees, benefits, and payment schedules while negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and closing sales. Follow the sales process from offer to machine activation, providing necessary client support throughout. Register and update customer data and proposals in the CRM system while tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Adhere strictly to scripts, commercial policies, and company guidelines. Requires high school diploma, prior televendas or commercial sales experience, basic Office skills, and strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities. Located in São José dos Campos/SP.
