Conduct citizen reception and welcome, guide users on unit services during contingencies, and triage documents for service access, password distribution, and fee collection. Manage satisfaction index research, organize queues, and handle password calls while monitoring areas for lost persons, behavioral issues, health concerns, or conflicts. Encourage users to submit opinions, suggestions, or complaints and assist with self-service kiosks. Participate in internal and external events. Requires High School diploma and basic Office skills.
