Receive citizens, organize queues, issue tickets, schedule appointments, and provide basic information regarding documentation, delivery timelines, and agency locations within the unit. Exercise multifunctionality by rendering services for other agencies and execute routine activities in Basic Management Units, tracking indicators, results, and assisting the UGB facilitator. Address client needs with agility and proactivity to ensure effective solutions. Requires medium school completion; sales and customer service experience is a plus.
