Conduct remote diagnostics for trackers, sensors, actuators, and electronic integrations in heavy vehicles. Analyze faults, interpret vehicle signals, and guide attendants, customers, and fleet managers through remote testing and evidence collection. Lead technical resolutions with clients and field technicians to achieve first-contact resolution and reduce unnecessary field dispatches. Ensure proper service order creation for required on-site interventions and review technical reports to improve process quality. Requires higher education in progress or complete, automotive electrical knowledge, and experience with embedded equipment maintenance.
