Job Summary
Conduct customer service for general inquiries, the APP, and benefit programs while providing information on store locations and app usage. Register incidents and attendances via the CRM system and assist vendors with benefit usage guidance. Support the diaper and family space by managing inventory, organizing, cleaning, and processing item loans and cart rentals. Record client interactions for the diaper and family areas through the operational system and facilitate coordination between the Family Space, Client, Benefit Counter, and Reception Administration sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Médio completo ou Ensino Superior cursando
- Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office
- Experiência prévia com atendimento ao público e/ou suporte ao cliente
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
- Facilidade para relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe
- Organização e atenção aos detalhes
- Escala: 6x1
