Job Summary
Conduct store operations by selling Grupo Brisanet products and services, managing customer retention during cancellations, and activating mobile phone support. Handle repair tickets, schedule installations, and process plan transfers, account updates, and payment changes. Train new staff, cover colleague absences, and prepare reports or fill out forms as requested. Maintain store organization, equipment functionality, and safety protocols while opening and closing shifts according to the defined schedule.
